We are looking for an experienced Freelance Corporate Trainer to assess and bridge skill gaps among our recruiters. This remote position offers the flexibility to work via Zoom calls and is aimed at enhancing our team’s recruitment capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps among recruiters.
• Design and implement effective training strategies to bridge identified gaps.
• Deliver training sessions via Zoom on the latest recruitment technologies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to recruiters to improve performance and efficiency.
• Track progress and adjust training programs based on feedback and results.

Skills Required :

• 10+ years of experience in training recruiters, preferably in a corporate or recruitment agency environment.
• Expertise in the latest recruitment tools, sourcing technologies, and techniques.
• Proven track record of improving recruiter performance and meeting hiring goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams remotely.
• Comfortable using virtual training platforms, such as Zoom, and managing remote learning environments.
