We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing and placing top talent in the US market.
Skills Required :
• 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment,
• Expertise in sourcing for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
• Familiarity with US work authorization and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and trends.
• Leverage advanced recruitment tools and techniques (e.g., AI-driven ATS, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify high-quality candidates efficiently.
• Implement data-driven recruitment strategies, including analysing hiring metrics to optimize sourcing and improve placement rates
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
